Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Trinkets by Trace. Because every piece is handcrafted, we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order with care. The terms below outline how we ship.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow a little extra time during busy periods or for made-to-order pieces.
Domestic shipping (United States)
- Standard: $8.00 — arrives in 3–5 business days. Free on orders of $70 or more.
- Express: $15.00 — arrives in 1–2 business days.
International shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL Express and USPS. International rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Please note that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Order tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships so you can follow it to your door.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
Trinkets by Trace is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit, but we’ll always do our best to help. If your order arrives damaged, please email photos to tracykelley@me.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
